can't afford to buy 1 oz gold coins, 1/2 oz or even 1/4 oz, but I can afford 1/10 and 1/20oz so I'm looking for any country that makes 1/10 & 1/20 oz coins.

In 2008, the American Buffalo gold coin was released in a 1/10 oz size.

American Eagle gold coin has been made in 1/10 oz sizes as well (not in 2009).

Be aware that any 1/10oz bullion coins will have a hefty premium attached to them, You will probably have to pay 10-20% over spot. Even the US Mint charges a 9% premium over spot to the Authorized Purchaser wholesale dealers who have to buy in minimum quantities of 1000 ounces. Most of the 1/20 and 1/25oz coins I have seen are not bullion but commemorative collector coins and are priced way over spot, sometimes as much as 2x spot.

2 Peso Mexican coins can sometimes be found for a small premium over spot and are roughly 1/20oz. My sister bought one in a pawn shop for $52 last month.

Not sure where thse fit in but the UK Royal Mint offers 1/4 (2 grams) at £70 and 1/2 (3.99 grams) at £120 for Gold Sovereigns.

I think they are over priced for the amount of gold.

Sovereigns bring big premiums and these prices exemplify that fact.

You're looking at 60 to 80% premiums over melt here.

I have looked at many 1/10 and 1/20 fractional gold coins, mostly to fill holes in my gold dansco pages. I concur with bherring that your best bet is either the mexican 2, 2.5, or 5 peso coins. These can be purchased for virtually spot.
