If you can get a close up of the D and perhaps an angle shot we will be able to better determine.The second 1 looks right as a 44 modification would show a longer 1 in the 14. I have looked at some slabbed coins and the placement of the MM looks good.I don't see a altered date on this coin.But, of course there are many dies to do the job so.....Only a close-up inspection could really tell.Some side shots would be good.
