I apoligze for the blurred writing but this was the best I could get it as it had to be down sized alot to fit in here.. I..... 1000%...Anyone that may be interested can contact Greg and/or write / email the RCNA for a start on questioning this subject and idea.. The more support and others ideas put forth just may bring about a change which I believe was only enhance our hobby.. He is referring to all numismatic services in Canada and his wording of Professional Coing Grading Services would mean either or both CCCS or ICCS. This is solely Canadian....
