A quick question:

I am in the process of sending over some German demarks to Germany to be cashed in at the banks. I know they still accept this in Germany.

My questions is: Do they still allow this at the Dutch bankes. I still have some gulden that I want to cash in if they still accept it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I got it right, they still accept old currency notes in the home countries.
Rest in Peace

My question is somewhat similar.

We returned home from Europe with about $50US in paper Euros, and $180US in English paper.

Even after I give a few notes to people in the family who are interested, I'd like to get my money back.

Any suggestions as how to exchange the foreign stuff for United States dollars?
