I've just received a bicentennial IKE from a trade (and it's up for trade again), here's the link to the picture and trade offer: https://goccf.com/t/113606&whichpage=2#1089081

Pics will come soon.
I had a few minutes to go through them and this is what I've got so far.
1971- 7
1971D- 11
1972- 7
1972D -29
1974 -0
1974D -16
1976 -15
1976D -74
1977 -1
1977D-12
1978- 16
1978D- 67
I haven't looked at the types yet, but I dont expect anything spectacular. The teller said that a collector didnt want them anymore and dumped them, si I would bet that he kept any type 2 he may have had.

I'm just about to complete my Franklin half dollar set, so I've decided to begin a mint state PCGS Eisenhower collection. My first purchase includes a lot of four: 1974-D, 1976-D, 1977 and 1978. The 1976-D and the 1977 both have awesome, light golden toning. I am posting close-up seller photos of the reverse because they show this toning quite well. I couldn't really capture this with my own amateur photographic skills.

Darth Morgan, you almost had the complete run; 26168513 through 26168517 (missing 26168515 1977-D MS65).

I didn't even notice that! I got all 4 from the same seller on ebay, but these were all he had graded. What exactly does the sequence represent? Were they graded back to back? Sorry if that sounds like a stupid question. I'm still pretty new to the grading scene.

Just got this Ike from a really nice teller that saved it up for me. It's the second Ike I've ever added to my collection. A 1971-D.

I just won this auction. I think I got a pretty good deal. The 11-coin proof set came out to $27.00 per coin with a free PCGS storage box.

I also picked up this 1972-S Silver Ike (MS-66). I think it has outstanding eye appeal. It looks white and frosty! I hope it looks this good in person (seller photo)
