Well is its not really misspelled. It just looks like ink filled a couple letters. It kind of reminds me of a Grease Fill die error in coins. As for value I don't know, but it is pretty cool looking and I would hold onto it as long as I could spare the twenty. I see it is a 96. What is the condition? Looks like it has part of a bank stamp. Any other marks? Cause things like that will affect value.
