Looks to be a commemorative metal for Remington Typewriter.They still make them I'm sure.Maybe they have a website and a way of contacting them.They could maybe give you some info on it.

It's interesting to look at the three future monarchs from the perspective of the 1898. Two of them I recognize; the boy, my guess, would abdicate.
