Been shopping on the bay for years, I have always ignored the landing pages and any adverts. I do not trust them as far as I could throw them for who they chose to back with advertising, or label with their new Sphincterific Seller Icon or whatever the latest labeling fad is..

My apologies, I thought by pulse you meant some new feature they were promoting.

Short answer is no, long road is that I often do track hundreds of auctions for averages and personal tracking of metrics.
