nohope587 Pillar of the Community United States 5953 Posts	Posted 03/24/2010 07:49 am Bought one coin in an NGC slab. it had been cut open and the coin switched. The slab was then glued back together. The fumes from the glue clouded the plastic. The pictures were so bad you could not see this. Took a risk got burned have not been back since.
