OK, I know that the 1 makes it not a true radar note but my question is, does this have any value over the face?

soooooo close! I dont think it would, sadly. but hey, I'm not an expert and it could have a value to someone else! the value of something is only what someone would pay!

Maybe the 1 is actually a 10 and then it is? I know it's a stretch.

The number in the upper right is big. They are rarer.
