Sure does look like a proof. If nothing else it would be a MS-67PL as it is a strong strike and looks like FBL.

I think ANACS would grade this PF69 - PF70

Certainly looks nice, but I need to see coins in hand when they are this nice. I'd hope it is north of PF-67, but depends on any small nicks and how the luster/strike looks in hand.

It graded PF67 but I think ANACS were a bit conservative as they seem to be now.

I wonder if there could have been a mistake and the mint put a proof into a mint set, because in my view, that coin is 100% a proof.

That must have happened nod.I had 2 62 mint sets and this half looked so good that I had to free it.After some help from here and looking at the markers and comparing it to some on Heritage, it seems to be a proof.
