I pulled this one from a roll of new Lincolns 20 years ago and put it in a 2x2 flip.there's one spot above the S.. how does that affect the grade.What kind of grade would you give it.Thanks for any input

Looks like the bottom steps aren't all there. Does it have full steps?

Yes all steps present,I believe it's a shadow from my camera.It's darker about half way down and centered on both sides
