IMO, that's a nice looking coin with some slight evidence of light cleaning ... if a legit 32D, it's a keeper ... in regards to MM on 32Ds, normally the D is more of a "splotch" that barely resembles a "D" (at least in the examples I've seen they are nor very well defined) ...
