UNC 1889 Morgan with some chatter/scratches on the obverse ... a few mars on the reverse ...

This coin has great luster and details ... but the marks are going to "mark" it down ... I was thinking MS64 details downgrade to MS? (help me) ...

1889 is not noted for strong strikes, that would explain some of the weak hairline in spots. The two scratches one on the chin and the other below the ear will effect the grade a little more so than the chatter. I would grade this coin at MS-62.
