It looks like a Sho from Tibet but can't figure out the KM#.
Low grade example (VG?).

I'm not 100% sure but it looks like Y#21.1, copper 24mm issued from 1918-1928.

Lions head and hair in particular look different than Y#21.1

My vote is for Y21.1 also. It does say "varieties exist". Would that explain the difference you are seeing Georgioscoins?
