ebay user INDALO with Item number: [eBayItem]220571014013[/eBayItem] states: Composition: Gold, weight: 5.10 gm. diameter: 16 mm. This kind of coins normally weights 8 gramms plus. Is it fake? Cheers

That's a considerable weight difference and the seller is in Spain. I would pass.

The weight is a bit low.

The guy does have decent feedback though and his other coins seem ok - or at least I cant spot anything wrong at first glance.

It would be a risk though!

I'm always a bit sceptical of very high quality coins, prefer to go for the ones that are a little bashed about as they seem more honest to me. I'm also sceptical of people who only seem to sell rare and very high quality coins. Seems a bit convenient if you know what I mean.

If it was my money I'd keep it in my pocket for a coin I was 100% happy with.
