Today is the 1st day of metal detecting this year. Went to my town park for an hour and a half. Found 65 cents, 1 quarter, 2 dimes, and 20 mem.cents. There's plenty to find there, but the soil eats the coins up bad. I don't have a camera yet, so can't show photo's. Anyhow, it was fun.

My dad and I went out for a couple hours to the lake near our house, only pulled 2 dimes, clads. and a lot of garbage lol.

on the way how however...@ an old foundation my dad knew of we pulled a really fancy brass/bronze door key plate. I'm goin back there

I'd have to say the 65 cents would be more fun!
