1981 $100 Misaligned?

I would like to know if anyone has seen a 1981 $100 bill misaligned on the front only? At first glance I had assumed that it was counterfeit, but upon closer inspection it did have the red and blue fibers on it. If anyone can give me an approximate value of it that would be greatly appreciated.
