I enhanced this coin a little so it looks like it was polished but it really hasn't. Well, at least it hasn't been cleaned in the 30 years I have owned it. I don't grade it quite as good as the others I have listed this week. Thanks for looking.

Unfortunately, it still looks polished to me. Many coins were polished/cleaned in the period before 30 years ago; actually it is more likely they were messed with then than since 1980 since before 1980, or at least 1970, many people thought it was acceptable to mess with their coins to make them shinier. So I would say it definitely has been, but yeah, probably by some guy 50 years ago.

Well, that long ago, although I collected coins I didn't have much spare cash and ebay, PCs and the Internet didn't exist then. My records don't go back that far but I don't think I paid more than $5. The saved photos are all enhanced so I will have to photo the coin again, next week, if I can find the time.

If you paid $5 thats fine, but trust me this coin is almost certainly polished (though it may be possible that the photos are making it look worse). The 'glossed over' look really gives it away.
