I have a perfect 1988 5 dollar bill that has the back over the front.Its very clear to see.Can anyone tell me the value or something about it?

Can you post a scan? Most likely a wet ink transfer error. It would have a premium.

$5 bills with a wet ink transfe are are worth about $70 and it depends if its full or not
