Seems fine to me. Stock photos though?
The price is the real crime here!

I dunno, the 5 looked a bit odd to me in comparison to a pic of it in a Charlton. A buying provately from craigslist?
I'm now thinking $250 is a bit high as well.
I need a better example of this coin for my collection, and gave this one a look-see.

I'm voting for real.... Seller says..

"This 1858 Province of Canada (Pre-Confederation) 20-cent coin is graded VF-30 by ICCS."

.. the price is a bit high, never know a reasonable offer could be accepted..

Nobody has to buy this coin...and an owner can ask whatever he wants.., getting a certain price is another matter...
Maybe the coin "fell of the back of a turnip truck", then any price would be a good price.
Trend price for a VF30 is: 245... why not go for it...

My mistake - I rather quickly assumed VF20
So not way overpriced.

Hey Dollar,

Try going for this one. I nboticed it the other day. The seller posted it in the 'canada-->other' category so it may not get as many views as if he posted in the 20c section.

Dollar1948, if you are looking for a better example, I have an extra EF-45 that I would consider parting with or trading with. The coin in the ebay link looks like the obverse at least has been cleaned. The Craigslist coin looks OK, but is not especially pretty. Something for your consideration anyway.

Thanks everyone for your comments..
1Center, nice EF, I agree a much nicer example.
Please let me give it some thought about your offer, if/when I'm ready to proceed.

Thanks, coinsrfun. D1948: I'm not actively selling it, so no worries.
