Also from what I understand the site is running properly when it takes less than 1 second to "rattle this change". I've been making sure to check at the bottom of the pages and for the last few hours and I'm coming up with way over 1 second to "rattle this change".

I was experiencing problems earlier, but it seems to have cleared up now.

Im getting the script timed out one too. It happens. A little bit of a nuisance but as long as the site doesn't close me out completely I can survive. lol
