It's actually called an offset printing and it's not even a printing. It's actually a wet ink impression.

It's authentic all right, but not printed, it looks like the undried ink from another bill, that's why every words and numbers are reversed.

Wow! It really looks like a really heavy wet ink transfer. From the looks of the condition of the note, it could be worth $200-300. Can you post a pic of the entire note, front and back so we can get a sense of the condition and make a better decision on price?
But still, very very nice find!

Yeah, and don't wash it either (or counterfold it!). Put it between two books and hope it will flatten again. Anyways, the pre-folded value I would say is around $300 to $400, and well the fold... could take $50 or so off of it, since the rest of the note is still high XF.
