The place is a tad....um....leisurely on Android.

I have visited CCF with my Droid, but I would prefer to visit it with my notebook tethered to my Droid.

I'd agree...the Blackberry browser version is very difficult...have to scroll through the whole bar on the left to get to the threads.

heck I am just glad they got the issues with the page not loading at certain times of the day because it was driving me crazy jumping from one computer to another trying to see if it was my PC or the site. It is blazing fast now

It is faster - but about half the time the back button on my browser (Safari; Mac OS X) doesn't take me back to the previous page but to an arbitrary time - like 52 minutes ago instead of the actual time. I have to do a lot of scrolling if I use the "Active" button all the time.
But then some people don't have hands to push buttons, so I'll just quit complaining now, as I'm fully equipped.

I use firefox and my mouse has a back browser button and I click that and have had no problems. I do have safari but haven't used it since the site was upgraded. It may be something Bobby was unaware of happening with this particular browser

I just checked with safari (I am on it now) and mine is working fine with my mouse click. Mine is the windows version and don't know if that matters or not but wanted to let you know my findings with the browser with the problem you are having

Ha! I just tried on my Epic (Android) and the site has a table issue on the home page, but loads quickly and seems to work all right. Never thought of cruising the Internet from my phone . . . but if you are out somewhere, I guess it would work all right! But if your battery dies . . . :(

Quote: and the site has a table issue on the home page I would certainly lean more towards an issue with the Droid browser since every other browser displays it just fine.

I have no problems with the tables in any browser, either the default Android one or the other two that I use (Dolphin and xScope).
I am running 2.2 (Froyo) and I can say that the Android browser is way better in 2.2 than it was in 2.0 or 2.1.

Looks good on my iPad and iPhone.
An App version would be cool though.

Next time I clean my Safari cache files (not something that I want to do unless I run into obvious problems) I'll check CCF to see what happens. However, the fact that I often get different, unpredictable results when I use Safari's back button tells me that something isn't loading properly when I access the site. Not a major issue, mind you, but if it's easily fixable ...

Extremely doubtful the issue is with the site since you're the only one that has ever reported this issue. I cannot duplicate it with Safari 5 on my PC. At this moment there are 7 members and 27 guests on the forum with Safari 5 on a Mac and I've never heard of this issue.
