This looks like a 1923 Peace dollar, not a 1928 as stated

Slight difference in the prices between the two?
Rest in Peace

Another innocent "typo". It's funny, because you'd never see a 1928 accidentally be listed as a 1923....hmm

I took action and asked the seller to revise the listing. Maybe they will but being as for some inexplicable reason its a private listing I have my doubts

"For your information this is in-fact a 1923 Peace dollar significantly more common than the claimed 1928 variety perhaps you should revise your listing to reflect this. If some one buys this item as described it will be returned. ebay will rule in their flavor despite your no returns policy as the item was not accurately described."

He replied with a thank you and closed the auction so in this case I would give him the benefit of the doubt.
