Why Are Most New Coins Found 1st In Puerto Rico?

I did and do not remember the Boston Tea Party, you are right to say, I do remember learning about it and what is the difference between taxes being raised, with out the peoples input, taxation without representation, and the broken government we have today who decide to raise our taxes at their will and well, it is done. Has anyone in N Y re-registered a vehicle, or re-newed your license lately, you will see what I mean, the "fees" have tripled and this is one of my points of taxation without accountable representation. People need to be IMO, more aware of daily events and remember History has, can, and will repeat it self.

I do not want to sound like a preacher, but these are things we ALL see going on and IMO, most are to busy trying to make a living, to be more involved, except at election time.

The way you are presenting this makes it sound like you are reacting the same as if Mexico or China were getting these coins first. Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. are America and any suggestion they are not is ridiculous."

I am not and did not suggest any such thing about the way I presented my opinion on this topic, I simply meant I do not see why these places receive the newer coinage, while we here on the mainland are told there is far to much coinage on the streets.
I would think and this is my contention that if we here in the states are told this, why do we not send some of this abundant older coinage over to them as it would seem to be the right thing to do being this is what we are being told here.
I do not and would not suggest any thing like you have inferred.

I would also like to address the "no we don't " comment, I do not have to have the newer coinage in a hurry, but I have been collecting since 1963 and for the most part of this time have been able to acquire most any coinage in B you condition, from the banks or where ever, and have seen this go to the wayside, just my opinion, also I do not want to collect most new coins from circulation, I prefer nice mint state B you coins, I place more than my share from our you S mint and other mints in the world, again, just my opinion and did not mean to infer or suggest anything, nor intend to insult or upset anyone,!!!

I would ask is this a joke, are you serious, most if not all tax increases are voted in through congress.Not we the people!

I am not a political master but I do know no one has asked me or any one I know if it would be o k to raise this tax or that tax.

My point and only my point, yes we can have a referendum, but that is AFTER the fact. I simply asked why coinage was sent to a certain territory before other areas of the country receive them.
