I posted this subject because I loved the humor in the spelling the kid used. I wonder if he was coached? Coin collectors are often accused of being a humorless bunch and I thought this might show a different aspect. I also like the way that this fellow includes his son in his collecting activities. I think we all need to raise our kids to appreciate the hobby, so that our collections can "survive us". I recall as a very young child doing similar things only I drew quarters. No one ever posted them for sale however.

Also did anyone notice that this is the rare "Buffulow on a Mound" variety of the 2017? That must be why there are 10 bids and a price of $5.50 with Two days and 1 Hours to go.

Hury and get your bids in before you loose this classic rarity!

I personally think that someone should bid on it and add it to the perpetual collection like morganman said.

I have been debating it. I emailed the seller and asked it the child was going to receive the proceeds from this sale. And he said they get all the money and they didn't really expect anyone to bid on it as it was suppose to be a joke but now they have to follow through.

worse thing about it is if the US mont doesn't hurry up and change some designs to something appealing, that coin may be the best looking one we have for 2017
