I'm not very experienced at grading these, but that is a really nice coin with nice rims. These large cents can be difficult to find with full round rims. Being dropped once is all it takes to give the rim a good bump.

I like VF30 for this coin. It's definitely VF versus F.

This coin is worth close to $60.
