What would you grade this at?
This coin has the appearance as if it was Proof-Like in the beginning. It almost has a cleaned-look but I do not believe it to be so... PL fields show a lot more chatter than a normal business strike. There is still luster left on this piece.

I'd say EF-45 and cleaned lots of hairlinens in the first set of pictures. Nice coin.

I would agree with echizento. EF-45 cleaned. I can't see that there would be that many hairlines without a cleaning.

I would go either XF or a very low AU
