I think this may be an unrecorded overstrike 3 over 2.
Will the experts support?

I've fiddled with the image and when I convince myself I can see the upper right to lower left stroke of the two I keep coming back to the lower right hand side where I can't make out anything. If there was a two wouldn't the lower right show some fullness like the two on the 92 which has a BIG tail that fills up the lower right and comes even with the round part of the two (where the indent in the three is)?

Then I look at several of my own 93's and the 3's don't look like quite like yours. The upper left quadrant of the three in particular is more like a large hanging teardrop on my samples (all three of them).

So it's entirely possible. What does it look like under a microscope?

If anything I would bet on Wide 3 over Narrow 3 .Which would still be something new...
