Nice find!

As to slabbing, what do you want to do with the coin? If selling it, no guarantee you'll get an additional $40 (approx slabbing cost)...recently one sold on ebay unslabbed for about $210. And yours might be nicer than that one:

Recent slabbed one on Heritage? Went for $207, PCGS MS-65.
