Hypothetical Coin Storage Situation

I currently live in Western PA, where it is almost always cold, cool, rain, snow with little sun. My wife and I used to live in Florida for 8 years, before I started collecting again. I now have amassed a nice collection of higher grade copper and type coins.

We would like to move back to Florida or a warmer climate. If I would move back and move my collection down with me, would it be sensible to store my coins in an enviroment similar to a wine refridgerator/cellar - low 50s, no humidity, or would any of the low levels of coolant affect the coins in any way?

Humidity is a much bigger concern than temperature.

I would not want to keep them that cold. If you brought them into a warm, moist area for viewing, you would most certainly have condensation on the (much colder) coins.
