It is the same as paying the nice feedbacks for a very minimum fee just to have it those nice feedbacks accumulated to improve their present ninety nine percent (99%) rating. Quite sensible but not being honest.
Sometimes its really hard to please other buyers, and based on my few experiences in selling my duplicates at ebay, higher valued coins are the easiest to sell than low valued ones, because buyers on that level study very carefully the pictures you posted thus getting a more detailed and precised expectation...giving you nice feedbacks in the end. Going back to the 98% rating of the seller above, yes you are right Halftwitty some buyers are not sensitive in giving unfair feedbacks.
