It definitely has a couple of pretty significant marks that are a little distracting. One on Lincoln's cheek and the other on his temple.

As a side note, does anyone else have a problem loading this seller's listings? It seems his listings are always sluggish when I click on them.

I think its just one of those cases of who submitted the coin to what grade it comes back as. This is a high end dealer and just about everything he has is super duper high grade stuff so he must do allot of submitting and even though they swear they don't know who the submitter is at the TPG I have seen this type of thing happen way to many times
