Yep, for all intents and purposes this is a bullion piece. The 1/10th oz coins bring a larger premium over spot so it think 10-15% is about right. If you are looking to buy bullion you are better off going with the 1oz in my opinion; more gold for the dollar.

The mintages to me are irrelevant for these as I see them as a bullion piece.

So then you guys are saying that you could stamp on these coins,with sneakers, and still get the same price?

130 to 140 is what dealers charge for gold.

If you stomped on the coin with your shoes it would loose the 10-15% premium over spot value and be strictly worth the spot value (and would most likely become a part of a bar at some point.)
