I'd say AU50 - 53

obv high point scratches
rev slight high point wear

it seems that, while the coin has probably had little to no circulation at all, it's been scratched during its collected life.

Definate traces of wear, this is tough to grade from pictures because it's a "tweener", this is known for some poor/mushy strikes.
