Token? I have two of those dated 1950 and 1979.
Any info about its use, value, etc.. is most welcome.

I have one dated 1970 but I don't know what exactly it is - I assumed it was a token. Now that you posted yours, I have a question: is 20 (rappen) the only denomination for these?

AG Sigg is a Swiss aluminum processing company in Frauenfeld. I've never seen a straight answer on what these were made for.. could have been an attempt to show the Swiss government how coinage could be made in aluminum, or just tokens for marketing purposes. I have a couple of these, somewhere.
