I was out detecting near my home today and found this FDR Token under a Maple tree at 5" depth. It appears to have been issued for Roosevelt's fourth, and of course last inauguration. I cannot find reference to this token or mention of its existence on the web. I was under the impression that this type of token would have been cast in brass, or perhaps bronze. The alloy used in this token is aluminum. Any information regarding its source would be appreciated.

Not entirely sure but I think I seen this somewhere else and they were part of a presidential series given away by one of the major gas stations. I have two that came in a coin purse lot that I bought. But the presidents were differant I think. Do not have them at hand at this time. Hope this helps. WOLF
