Do you all think this coin is an MS-64 (as the seller says).

I have bought from this seller before. I would be very careful as most of his coins are harshly cleaned and look much different in hand.

I don't think it will grade MS anything. That coin just doesn't give me a warm fuzzy at all.
Rest in Peace

I see it more likely to be a heavily dipped and retoned XF/AU.

Too many marks for MS64 and I'd have to agree with the others, it's been cleaned big time. When copper has been cleaned you can see that it will look blotchy and the toning looks uneven.

Some highlights from the sellers feedback:

"Coin was cleaned and it is AU not BU"
"Coin has been dipped and signs of usage low AU coin not a BU by any means"
"This coin was cleaned using an abrasive process rendering this coin worthless"
"returned coin for full refund on this cleaned coin; slow/poor communication"
"full refund given on this CLEANED coin; slow/poor communication"
"junk ,cleaned,over graded"
"Use CAUTION sent WIZZED coin refused refund would not answer emails USE CAUTION!"
"coin looks cleaned"

These are a few from the last 90 day. Take a look for yourself, it paints a pretty good picture on what to expect.
