Just spoke to a guy on the phone that lives near me. He says it is XF40/45 and wants $350. Worth it?

in the Red Book, its valued at 625 in xf-40. so I think it would be unless its cleaned or over graded.

According to Numismedia, there is a big jump in price from VF to XF. VF is $318 and XF is $552.

Obviously, getting the grade right on this coin would be critical. If it is truly a problem-free XF, I would say it would be well worth it.
