OK! Here we go again!

I will try not to mess this one up!

Slight change in the rules (in red) - make sure you re-read them! We'll see if this is any better. Any suggestions to make the game better - I wanna hear them!

Here is the list I've chosen (from my Forex account - no offense if you favorite currency is not on here):

AUD Australian Dollar
CAD Canadian Dollar
CHF Swiss Franc
EUR Euro
GBP British Pound
JPY Japanese Yen
MXN Mexican Peso
NZD New Zealand Dollar
SEK Swedish Krona
SGD Singapore Dollar
USD US Dollar
XAG Silver (oz) *I know these are commodities, not currencies, but since I can trade
XAU Gold (oz) *them in my Forex account, they're valid. (Plus, it's my contest!)

//From this point forward, for the sake of not having to type currency/commodity repeatedly, EVERYTHING will be referred to as a currency.//

For those of you not familiar with the game:

Someone (in this case, me) selects 7 currencies and arranges them in a certain order (NO duplicates will be used!).
The players (y'all) - yes, I'm from the south, try to guess which currencies and in what order.

After each guess, you will get clues as to how many are correct in total, and how many are in the right position.
But, it's up to you to figure out which ones!

Let's take a test run:
Let's say I've chosen: MXN, JPY, XAU, USD, CHF, GBP, EUR
And the first guess is: AUD, CAD, XAU, NZD, GBP, SGD, XAG
Then the clue would be 2 right in total (XAU and GBP) and 1 in the right position (XAU).
But, again, all you will get from me is 2 correct, 1 in the right position. You have to figure out which is correct and in the right place.

One guess per person per day. 1 day will be defined as midnight EST.
*** Exceptions:
(A) If you post a reply that has too many or not enough selections, you may repost with the correct number of currencies. DO NOT EDIT YOUR POST - just repost.
(B) You can take a second guess in the same day, but it will be your final answer. If you are wrong - you are eliminated and can no longer play.

I hope you like this game, and maybe someone else will use it again in the future.
It is really fun and is a good exercise for the brain.

Thanks afcop! Does that stand for Air Force cop by any chance?
Just curious, I was in the Air Force, stationed in Heraklion, Creete, Greece for most of my career back in the '80's.

Hmmm.

Are you back on your USD, USD, USD, USD, USD, USD, JPY kick again? LOL!

I'm gonna have to go with NO, sorry. I think that would be too messy for me to keep up with.
You're just trying to trip me up again, aren't you?!

No problem, figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

On the last game, the guesses that had the fewest correct currencies yielded the most information. Think there were 2 guesses that had only 3 correct.

I'm glad you like it Ian. I do too! I just wish someone else would host one so that I could play! LOL!

Just kidding! If someone does, I hope they keep the contest count and winner's list going (and maybe some of the rules!)

I'm thinking about hosting a Mega-Mastermind with a superior prize - but it would be a doozy and you would earn it!

That would be awesome and generous of you!

My collection and supplies are limited, so I can only host them so often. And my collection is new, so I don't have a lot of great prizes to choose from, but they are so much fun to have. These first couple were back-to-back fairly quickly, and I will probably do a few more before I slow down.
