I am getting interested on hemiobols, in particular the Greek ones. Can someone please suggest some good references?

Greek Coins and their Values by David Sears Vols 1&2, you can find them on his web site http://www.davidrsear.com/books.html or on ebay.

Whitman has a good general greek work called "collecting Greek Coins" by Rynearson.

it depends on how serious you will get, if you want to limit what cities you are collecting, etc. If you limit yourself to a smaller area, then at some point you will want to get that volume of BMC and or SNG Copenhagen. They are the definitive references for most greek coinage. I am not aware of a volume just on hemiobols.
If you want to just collect "greek", then I agree that Sears is a good starter. The 1978 volumes were the last ones published.
