Near both the seals it looks like the reverse from another note.

I think it was changed after printing. Someone probably put a bit of dissolvant on the FRB seal and folded it over. If it was an actual wet ink transfer, it would have the FRB seal on the reverse.

Eagle,
Does your note smell any different than regular currency? On the left side of your note I see what appears to be some sort of a brown spot where the solvent was used. Also does your note feel / texture different than others and have anything going on the reverse side of the tampering?

I am serious about this - Based on my DD - Tampered notes give out an odor. Thanks

Also you can see a backwards 12 to the left of the actual FRB seal from when it was folded over.

No smell or texture difference (I'm sitting in my office smelling money now).

You can't see it well in the picture, but both sides have a brownish square where the black seal and reverse image are, so it was intentional.
