It's not off-center, I don't think, because the obverse and the reverse aren't off center together. It's almost like a MAD twice. The reverse is misaligned completely different from the obverse. I would definitely keep it as at least a curiosity. Report this Post to the Staff

I always believed if no reeding is present that it was broadstruck. Value then would depend on the percentage of the OC Report this Post to the Staff
