this is coin weight, size 9 x 9 x 5 mm
weight 3,46g it means probably for ducat.
Can anybody tell me more?

Can't say I've ever seen a square coin weight; they're normally round.

Objects that appear to be weights but don't actually have a denomination indicator on them can be tricky to positively identify as "coin weights"; they could be any old or obsolete unit of weight from any one out of dozens of obsolete measuring systems. The "imperial orb" the figure is holding indicates that either this weight or (if it's a coin weight) the coin it was intended to weigh is European in origin.

very interesting... something totally different, a weight standard used for authenticating other coins by weight. thanks Sap.

maybe there's "punched" numbers at the bottom?
