Show off the best lincoln cents that are graded by a third party service, and tell the story behind it (where you got it, how much paid for, or if found in a roll)

That coin is a beauty. I know it is graded by PCGS as a MS coin but I have often wondered if it was miss graded.Could it actually be a matte finish proof? Just wondering,thanks all,

Not a chance that it is a proof since the last regular issue matte proof was minted in 1916(a few 1917s may have been clandestinely struck).
