twohawks Pillar of the Community United States 1551 Posts	Posted 06/03/2010 9:56 pm In passing I heard that some of the upper folks at PCGS have altered coins with lasers giving full heads and full staff bands too some coins then having them certified. twohawks Pillar of the Community United States 1551 Posts	Posted 06/03/2010 11:05 pm I have been told their will be some egg on a few faces of well known Dealer, that roam around the inner circles as it would be. Saruma Pillar of the Community United States 968 Posts	Posted 06/03/2010 11:30 pm I don't see a thing in the article you linked that would suggest PCGS is DOING the doctoring Twohawks. Are you confusing PNG (Professional Numismatists Guild) with PCGS? The author is very much in support of what PCGS is doing and is complaining that some members of PNG are the ones altering the coins. Report this Post to the Staff

I did not wish too start a rumor as I had heard this 3 hand as I stated. I was wondering if any one else had some clarity on this. I do think SuperDave is right someone is talking.
