Here's what I think about TPG's...........................................

Notice the blank space..Yuppers thats what I think of them...I dont ....

Ok first of all, I think as coin collectors we should and do all possess an opinion on a coins grade.. I might see it as AU another might say EF....So then here's my issue Why do so many People listen to these firms.. Just because they SAY this is what it grades what makes these guys GODS.... I beleive the only thing these guys should be allowed to do is STRICTLY AUTHENTICATE and not offer their opinion on grades.......

I have sent the same coin to the same Canadian place which I wont mention InCanadaCoinShop.........on 5 seperate occasions and got 5 different grades....I also purchased a coin slabbed my the same place ,which was way undergraded in my opinion and sent it back to them..it came back as ungradeable ?

Again Why do we need these guys.

Would really love to hear HOW CAN WE STOP THESE GUYS FROM GRADING
.......Can the CNA , or ANA or any or all these places put a stop to this kind of nonsence....

If you want raw coins, but can only find NICE examples in TPG slabs; then the solution is simple. Purchase the slabbed coin, then remove the slab and enjoy the coin raw. You already know it's authentic because it never would have made it into a slab to begin with if it wasn't.

i just joined ngc and sent I'm first set of coins 28 days again and there still ing grading .
i think it is crazy that they take my money the day they get them and then I have to wait over a month to get them I'm in the service business and I get paid when the job or service is done and if they are that darn busy they should hire more graders because it is beyound to have somebodys stuff for over a month and it has already been paid for .
im not like this whole TPG grading game that everybodys playing I love collecting coins but its just crazy so I think I'm going to stick to raw and slab them myself . I just sent a email to ngc so will see what they say probaly dont care because everybodys in the game and there just raking it in .
Rest in Peace

NGC has been extremely slow lately from everything I've been hearing. I just sent a coin to ANACS, and they turned it around within 4 days of receiving it(for the 5 day walkthrough). I've always really been pleased with ANACS graded coins, and I have bought more coins in their holders than either NGC or PCGS. Part of that though is because the premiums aren't as high, but imho, they're just as good as NGC or PCGS overall; or at least close enough.
