Hello,
I have searched and not found an answer. In the Krause Manual, it lists both "W" and plan (Ottawa I assume). Is there any way to tell coins from the two mints apart? Are both fairly common?

Thanks,

You can only get the W's in sets and they would be rarer in terms of mintages. You can see what the mint mark looks like here: https://www.jandm.com/script/getite...CID=3&PID=81 Finding W's in circulation would mean someone broke them out of a set and spent them.
