How do you tell the difference between a proof and business strike Indian Head cent?

Take a look at this listing for example...
http://cgi.ebay.com/1901-Indian-Cen...em563d35e169

Seller states it is a proof, but how do you know? To me it looks like a MS business strike.

Are there specific things to look for that only appear on proofs?

Thanks for the help!

The sharp rim detail is one way to tell. IMO it's a proof.
Rest in Peace

I'm not too good at distinguishing these and it seems it could go either way from the pics, but I will say that the seller is very reputable, so I would be surprised if he lied about it being a proof.

I'm going to be the contrarian and say I think it is a business strike. Detail just doesn't strike me as being sharp enough to be a proof.

I'm gonna go VERY strong business strike... The fields just look a slight bit off to be a proof... But that is just my humble opinion... GREAT coin though...
